The theme for the upcoming Bond movie, Quantum of Solace was released recently and barely made it out of the gate. Almost immediately, Bond fans bashed the song and seem to agree that it’s the worst Bond theme ever released. Despite rumors that Amy Winehouse would be performing the opening track, the song, “Another Way To Die” was written and recorded by Jack White and Alicia Keys and, I have to agree, the song sucks big time. The two of them separately are fairly talented musicians, but together, they make me want to stick a screwdriver in each of my ears. Good thing it’s only the theme. Once we get past it, we’ll be able to see all the high speed chases and stuff blowing up.

Two years after the release of Casino Royale, Daniel Craig is reprising his role as James Bond in the next installment of the franchise, Quantum of Solace. The film will pick up right where Casino Royale left off with Bond devastated by the death of Vesper and hellbent on revenge and, by the look of the trailer, it looks like we’ll get to see even more of Bond doing what he does best: kicking ass, driving fast and just generally being totally awesome.
